There are several ways you can pay your TalkTalk bill:
- Direct debit procedure (LSV) / Direct Debit
- E-bill
- eBanking
- Deposit at your post office or bank branch
- in myTalkTalk
Direct debit (LSV) / Direct Debit
With direct debit (LSV) / direct debit, the invoice amount is debited directly from your bank account (LSV) or your postal account (direct debit).
This payment method is free of charge and will be processed by your bank / post office on the invoice due date. You don't have to worry about anything anymore. You can cancel the amount debited to your account at any time within 30 days from the date of debit at your bank / post office.

E-bill
Do you have a PostFinance account or an account with a Swiss bank? Then you can sign up for e-bill. With e-bill, you receive all the details required for payment as well as the invoice in detail electronically directly in your e-banking tool.

How to set up the e-bill:
- Log in to your e-banking or PostFinance account.
- Activate the e-bill function.
- Select TalkTalk from the list of providers
eBanking
If you have an e-banking account, you can pay your TalkTalk bill online at any time. You will find the necessary details (amount, credit account, recipient address and reference number) on the payment slip.
This payment method is quick and free of charge.
Please allow two working days for the online transfer.
Deposit at a post office or bank branch
This payment method is possible if you receive your invoice by post.
Please note that fees may be charged by the post office / bank for cash deposits at the counter, which will be charged to you subsequently. For information regarding deposits at the bank branch, please contact your bank. Your financial institution may charge additional fees.
The delivery of an invoice by letter post is subject to a charge (CHF 3.- per invoice dispatch). If you do not use the payment slip provided, TalkTalk reserves the right to charge a surcharge according to the cause.
Please allow four working days for your payment to reach us by post or over the counter.
myTalkTalk
In the myTalkTalk online portal, you can also pay your outstanding bills using one of the following payment methods - the debit is immediate:
- credit card
- PostFinance
- PayPal
- TWINT.
